Everything is so easy and the staff are readily available to help with all your needs.... May have to rethink buying a home

The staff has made me feel VERY comfortable ,welcome ,and always willing to help me learn my way around. — I would tell them, if they are in the market of renting---this is awesome. Nothing like apartment living---which I haven't done in decades. Just like a home only without the concerns and worries. Gated which adds safety. Clubhouse with amenities which include pool and fitness and business center. Drive up into your own garage.

Old Battles Place is the perfect place and filfilled all my requirements. The management team care about this community and the residents and make me feel like I am family, important and aim to please. They go over and above their call of duty and job descriptions. The head of Maintenance is a Jack of all Trades and expeditiously remedies any and all issues in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this community.

|Recommended: YesLove the office and maintenance staff. — Our favorite part about OBP is that Tricia and I can lock and leave whenever we need to travel out of town. Also, Penny, Marie and Jesse are the very best. They take care of anything whenever we ask.

The residents are friendly and many have become good friends. The staff is so accommodating. They are so wonderful about planning community events for us. I have nothing negative to say.
