|Recommended: YesOur Forever Home — Love living here. Love the staff -- they take wonderful care of us and plan fun activities for every age group. Love the two-bedroom layout. Amazing maintenance team Responds timely to all inquiries. Provides lawn care trim, cut, blow . Sprays for pests each quater. Changes HVAC filter each quarter. Power washes every spring front and back . Love Penny, Marie and Jesse -- they are like family.

|Recommended: YesOld Battles Place is Fantastic — If you like to convenience of being close to town and out of the hustle and bustle of the not too big city of Fairhope, this is the perfect place for you. The neighbors are all so friendly and the staff here are so very helpful at all times. They make you feel welcome and handle any issues promptly. If you have pets, this is a great place to be. There is a wonderful dog park.
|Recommended: YesThe Best place on Earth — If people could see the best place on earth it would be Old Battles Place. Marvin J. Ashton wrote Home should be an anchor, a refuge, a happy place in which to dwell, a place where we are loved and where we can love. This place called Old Battles Place is HOME for me and my family and we love it. The staff in the office makes you feel like its Christmas every time you see them.

|Recommended: NoAwesome property even better staff — From day 1 the staff was awesome. I was relocating from another state and the staff did an excellent job highlighting all the features of the property. I was pleasantly surprised to find the quality of the units and the community were much better than expected. The neighborhood is quiet and all the neighbors are so welcoming to new people it is impossible not to meet some new friends.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Call Home — Old Battles Place is a great place to live The gated community is quiet, peaceful, and safe. The property management team is fantastic, and the residents are friendly. The grounds are clean and well-kept. The outdoor living area and community pool serve as an oasis for hot summer days. The workout room includes cardio and weightlifting machines. The shaded dog park allows an opportunity for your dog to chase a ball while meeting the other four-legged residents. The property management team is very responsive, and they work hard to ensure a pleasant experience for all members of the community that they have created. I would highly recommend Old Battles Place to any prospective residents.
