|Recommended: YesLove the office and maintenance staff. — Our favorite part about OBP is that Tricia and I can lock and leave whenever we need to travel out of town. Also, Penny, Marie and Jesse are the very best. They take care of anything whenever we ask.

|Recommended: YesBest Community Ever — I have loved living in this community. I have been here for almost a year and a half. The grounds and facilities are so well maintained. The residents are friendly and many have become good friends. The staff is so accommodating. They are so wonderful about planning community events for us. I have nothing negative to say.

Amazing maintenance team Responds timely to all inquiries. Provides lawn care trim, cut, blow . Sprays for pests each quater. Changes HVAC filter each quarter. Power washes every spring front and back . Love Penny, Marie and Jesse -- they are like family.

|Recommended: YesSweet Home AL — Penny and Marie They are the two most friendly staff members at Old Battles Place they truly are all about the residents and understand that one of the things Old Battles Place prides themselves on is customer service and no one is better than Penny and Marie They go above and beyond and are just so friendly.
- The location. The complex is so close to beautiful downtown Fairhope and offers a variety of activities. The complex is such a relaxing place to call home.
- Really great resident events. There's definitely a sense of community here because Old Battles Place hosts awesome events and fosters a great community.
